Hello, I'm Taeyun Kim!

I am an undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science & Engineering at the College of Transdisciplinary Studies in DGIST, Korea.

As a passionate and driven prospective researcher in the field of 3D vision and graphics with AI, I am currently studying innovative ways to utilize deep learning on reconstruction of fine-grained 3D models from 2D images.

My aim is to contribute to creating a future where 3D data is easily accessible and can be utilized to its full potential. I strongly believe that advancements in the format of data will shape the way humans think, interact and solve problems, and I am eager to be part of this transformative and dynamic field.

My Little Galapagos: 3d simulator of natural selection theory

Natural selection may seem like a straightforward concept, but in reality, it can be very difficult for a species to survive in a harsh environment from one generation to the next. To help you better understand this process, me and my team have created a web program that simulates the natural selection. Find in github. It is also served at here.
